Before we show up,
we sit down with you.
If you're thinking about booking a consultation with us, here's what you should know first. This is not a quick walk-through — it's a real process built for real homes.
Here's exactly what
working with us looks like.
Every TOR client goes through the same five steps. We've built it this way because it works — and because you deserve to know what you're committing to before you commit.
The Form
Before we meet, you fill out a short form. We ask about your spaces, your goals, and how your days actually run. This way we come to the consultation already prepared — not starting from zero.
You set the agendaThe Consultation
We walk through your spaces together. We diagnose the real problem — not just the clutter on the surface, but the routines, the habits, and the moments where things break down. No judgment. Just honest diagnosis.
30 minutes · onsite or virtualThe Home Systems Organizing Plan
You receive a PDF proposal with the full scope of work, the investment, and our available dates. Every line item is clear. No hidden fees. No surprises added after the fact.
Written proposal · yours to keepThe Session
We show up for a full day. By the end of that day, your primary space is done — not "started," not "mostly there." The system is installed and your family knows how to use it.
50% deposit reserves your datesAfter: Maintenance, Membership, or Coaching
The session is not the end. We offer ongoing maintenance visits, a membership for clients who want someone to keep the systems running, and coaching for those who want to learn to do it themselves — with guidance.
So the system doesn't fall apartOne session changes
how your home runs.
"Nobody gets fit from a single gym class. Nobody organizes their finances from one meeting with an accountant. The same is true for your home."
— Lorena Duarte · The Organizing RecipeA written plan first
You get the full scope in PDF — before any work begins. Read it, sit with it, ask questions. Nothing starts without your agreement.
Systems, not just order
We're not here to put things in boxes. We're building a structure your family will actually maintain — because it fits how you live.
Support after the session
Maintenance visits, membership, and coaching keep the system working long after we leave. The goal is that you don't need us every month.
TOR is not for
everyone.
We work with people who've decided they're ready for a real change. If that's you, here's where you'll recognize yourself.
Single moms running the whole house
Little time, full mental load. TOR builds systems that run on autopilot so you're not making decisions about where things go every single day.
Busy families with kids
Toys, homework, sports gear, school supplies, the garage. We build systems simple enough that your kids actually follow them — without being told.
Professionals who want it maintained
You know what needs to be done — you just don't have the time or energy to do it. This is who the membership is built for.
Empty nesters starting over
The house changed when the kids moved out. What do you keep? What do you let go? How do you use the space for this chapter? That's our specialty.
People who want to do it themselves — with support
You're motivated but you don't know where to start. You want guidance, not a crew. That's the coaching track, and it's built exactly for you.
Real homes.
Real transformations.
Watch Lorena document real home transformations from the Who's Next series — start to finish, no shortcuts.
She's been inside
dozens of Denver homes.
What she sees in those homes is the most honest content we have. No staging, no Pinterest boards — just patterns that repeat across every kitchen, every closet, every garage she walks into.
Buying containers before decluttering is the most expensive mistake people make. Every time.
The real problem is never the stuff. It's the system that was never designed for how the family actually lives.
Nobody organizes the junk drawer. We organize around it — and then it stops being a problem.
When a system is working, you won't need to remind your kids to use it. They'll use it because it makes sense.
Lorena works with
a limited number of clients.
Every home gets a written plan, a formal proposal, and a full-day session. That takes real time and real presence. This is not a service you scale by running more people through it — and that's exactly why it works.
